PAYMENT METHODS

ORDER PROCESS

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing time, your order will be sent once all your items are available.  This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.  

You will receive an email and tracking number once your package has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier.  We strongly suggest shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the delivery as we are not responsible for lost, damaged (in transit) or stolen items.

Please note, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.

SHIPPING

Depending on your location, we use Canada Post and USPS to ship our packages.  All orders within the United States are eligible to receive FREE standard shipping.  For orders shipping internationally, please see below:                  

International: Standard Shipping, 4-21 business days, $15

TAXES & DUTIES

Unfortunately, our prices do not include applicable local taxes, custom fees, duties, VAT and brokerage fees.  We state the value of your order directly on your package as required by the custom authorities and in rare occasions, your package may be delayed in delivery by custom agents.  Please ensure you consider all fees when placing your order as once your order has been processed, you will be responsible for all custom taxes and duties.  Should the package be declined at delivery, we will refund your order less all custom taxes, fees, duties and return of shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase and if you are not 100% satisfied with your Flow 2 Freedom purchase, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  Products must be returned in new condition - we reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used. 

RETURN PROCESS

To start your return or exchange please review and follow the instructions below:

• Take note of your order number and simply email us at info@flow2freedom.com and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund along with the tracking number for your return
• Please send items to the following address:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order 
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original tags attached
• Upon receipt and inspection of your items, we will refund your order
• Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed with your financial institution
• Sorry, we cannot refund shipping costs

Refunds are not valid on gift cards, promotional merchandise and final sale items.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.
