Do I still need to wear a tampon underneath my F2F apparel?
Depends, we recommend those with a heavy flow to wear your F2F apparel as a back up in addition to a tampon or menstrual cup for extra protection.
Can I only wear my F2F apparel when I have my period?
Of course not, some of us like to go commando and be completely free! We also specifically designed our apparel so you don't have to worry about those underwear lines. Yay!!!
Can I wear F2F apparel if I suffer from incontinence?
Absolutely, our garments are great for minor bladder leakage.
How much liquid does each pair of F2F apparel hold?
Your F2F gear can hold up to 10 mL of liquid which is the equivalent to two tampons.
How do I wash and take care of my garment?
To ensure your garments last, machine wash cold and hang to dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
