Our Story

A lifetime in sport. A mission that grew bigger.

From a personal struggle to a movement built on partnership.

The Foundation

Sport built who I am.

Sport has shaped my entire life. As an athlete, a student of kinesiology, and a strength and conditioning coach, I learned firsthand what determination, drive, and commitment can do for a person. That foundation carried into everything that came next, including a decade in commercial real estate.

The Turning Point

A loss that changed everything.

The sudden passing of a close friend reframed how I thought about legacy. I realized legacy is not about a career, it is about the impact you leave on the people and communities around you. That realization led me to leave commercial real estate and search for something more meaningful, something that reflected who I actually am.

The Origin

A problem I knew firsthand became a six month breakthrough.

Because I had always been active, it occurred to me that I could solve a problem I had lived with since I was a teenager, heavy periods that most leakproof products on the market were never built to handle. So I built my own. Nine rounds of prototyping later, in just six months rather than the twelve to eighteen months typical in the apparel industry, Flow 2 Freedom's first product was born. Then COVID hit, and it limited how fully we could launch direct to consumer.

The Evolution

Direct to consumer was intimate. Business to business is leverage.

Selling directly to individuals let me change how one person felt wearing the product. Partnering with organizations opens a different door. By working with hospitals, hotels, construction companies, and corporate teams, Flow 2 Freedom and its partners can create a bigger impact together within the community. This is not a smaller version of where we started, it is a bigger one, made possible through partnership.

Where We Are Today

Built on partnership.

Today, Flow 2 Freedom partners with organizations across hospitality, healthcare, senior care, construction, and corporate teams to source meaningful, functional products people actually use. Behind the scenes, a sourcing partnership with access to a deep manufacturer network, so we can find or create almost anything our partners need. In the past two years, I have also become part of She's Got Next, an organization supporting women and girls in sport, and it remains a valued partner in this work, supported case by case as opportunities arise.

Let's build something worth remembering.

Tell us what your organization needs. We will source it, create it, or build it with you.
